Medium Truck

1. You will be charged either on rate per km or rate per hour (which ever is the highest, not on both).

2. Time (the hours) and distance (the km) start from arrival at pick up address until off-loaded at drop-off address.

3. Up-front payment on arrival accepted by card machine in the truck, instant EFT (must be cleared) or cash.

Our Trucks especially the 4 Ton Truck must have access close to the items being picked up.
The 4 Ton truck is 3.3m high and needs to be able to fit under any gates/structures to get to the pickup location.
You are paying for time so everything must be packed-up and ready to load before we arrive to save unnecessary time and money!
We don’t supply any boxes or packaging material.
We have optional extra helpers to save time available at extra costs.
We request our clients to make sure their items are safely and securely packed before we arrive at the collection point.
If your building/flat is not on the ground floor please indicate it to us as these moves have additional charges and takes a lot longer.
We have blankets, ropes and a loading trolley on the truck to make your move easier.
Please note that the client must supervise the loading and off-loading of items as SCC Logistics cannot be held liable for any loss/damage that occurs while loading or off-loading.
Keep in mind the timeslot that you want to book for your move. If it is during peak times during the day, it may affect the amount of hours as traffic will play a role.
Insurance is available to cover items while in transit.
